Repayment Terms

You can request a refund if the wrong product is delivered, the product arrives damaged or defective, or if your return request complies with our company policies and legal regulations. Products that have been used, opened or whose original packaging has been damaged are not eligible for a refund.

Refund Process

For the return application process, you can apply in writing to info@balmy.com.tr within 14 days from the delivery date. In your application, you must specify the order number and the reason for your return. You must send us the product you want to return in its original packaging and with all accessories via cargo. Who will cover the shipping costs during the return of the product depends on the reason for the return. If the product is damaged or defective, Balmy will cover the shipping costs. For personal exchange or return requests, the shipping fee belongs to the customer. After the product is received, it is evaluated for compliance with the return conditions and this review is completed within 5 business days. Once your return is approved, the refund process is initiated and payment is made according to the payment method used during the order. For payments made by credit card, the refund may be reflected in your account within 7-10 business days, depending on the processing times of the bank.

Important Information

The return of campaign and discounted products can only be made under certain conditions and the relevant campaign conditions are taken into account. Returns are not accepted for used or unpackaged hygienic products. If incomplete or incorrect information is provided during your return request, your request cannot be evaluated.
