Working hours in our company are set by law and there is no high rate of overtime work. In cases where overtime is necessary, such as excessive workload, overtime is applied without exceeding legal limits. All our employees have equal rights to work overtime and no employee can be forced to work overtime. Our employees are given 2 (two) days off per week.
As Balmy Tüketim Ürünleri Sanayi Anonim Şirketi, our employees are paid the minimum minimum wage determined by law. Our goal is to be able to pay wages that can increase the welfare of our employees, meet their basic needs and provide some savings.
Our company provides its employees with a healthy, safe and clean working environment. All our machinery and equipment are periodically checked and maintained. Our employees are provided with personal safety equipment and free health services are provided within the company.
Our employees are our partners. For this reason, they have the freedom to choose their own representatives. As a company, we have adopted the principle of listening to all complaints of our employees and finding solutions to them.
All our subcontractors and suppliers (sub-producers) are obliged to apply the principles stated in our policy in their own facilities. The practices are periodically controlled by our company.
